Online tutor for the Saudi curriculum

In a one-to-one online lesson, the teacher takes your son or daughter through each topic from their own textbook, as set by the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia. Then your child works through the exercises alone, so we know they have really understood. We also prepare them for NAFS and, in secondary, for Qudurat and Tahsili. Lessons run on Saudi time, after school or whenever suits you.

  • A free trial lesson is available with each teacher, in every section and subject
  • Female teachers are available, with a dedicated section for women
  • Lessons last 30, 40, 60, 90 or 120 minutes
  • We teach every stage from kindergarten to secondary

School stages in Saudi Arabia

General education in Saudi Arabia lasts twelve years: six primary, three intermediate and three secondary, with kindergarten before that. Choose your child's stage to see what we focus on.

Kindergarten

Ages 3 to 6, in three levels

Fun activities with letters, their sounds and numbers to get your child ready for Grade 1.

  • Language and communication: letters and their sounds, listening and self-expression
  • Numbers and counting
  • Quran and Islamic Education

Primary stage

Grades 1–6: early grades (1–3) and upper grades (4–6)

This is where the foundation for everything else is built. We strengthen reading and math, and keep up with homework and quizzes alongside your child.

  • Arabic, math, science and English
  • Reading and writing foundations in the early grades
  • Social studies and digital skills in the upper grades
  • Practice for the NAFS tests in Grades 3 and 6

Intermediate stage

Grades 1–3 intermediate (7–9)

Subjects get more specialized, and memorizing alone is no longer enough. We explain the idea until your child understands it and can solve problems on their own.

  • Math, science, Arabic and English
  • Social studies and digital skills
  • Critical thinking in 3rd intermediate (Grade 9)
  • Practice for the NAFS tests in 3rd intermediate

Secondary stage

A common first year, then two years in one of five tracks

We start with the common first-year subjects, then carry on with your child in the subjects of the track they have chosen.

  • Math, physics, chemistry and biology
  • Language Competencies (Arabic) and English
  • Track subjects: General, Computer Science & Engineering, Health & Life, Business Administration and Sharia

Preparing for NAFS, Qudurat and Tahsili

All three tests are run by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC), and each has its own style of questions. We prepare students for the Qudurat and Tahsili tests: we explain each type of question to your child, then they practice with examples until the format feels familiar.

National Assessments (NAFS)

It covers Grade 3 in math and reading, and Grade 6 and 3rd intermediate in math, reading and science. Practice for the NAFS tests is part of the lessons for children in these grades.

General Aptitude Test (Qudurat)

It measures verbal and quantitative ability and is taken by secondary graduates applying to university.

Standard Achievement Admission Test (Tahsili)

It measures secondary students' attainment in core subjects and is used with Qudurat for university admission.

How lessons work with your child

  1. 1

We start where your child is

First we find out what they have covered at school and where they get stuck, then we make the plan.

  2. 2

    Taught from their own textbook

We explain each lesson with examples from your child's coursework, then they work through the exercises on their own while the teacher follows along.

  3. 3

    Revision before tests

Before tests we go over the units with them and work through sample questions, so they walk in knowing what to expect.

  4. 4

    You stay in the loop

We keep parents updated on their child's progress, so you know what they have mastered and what they need next.

Questions from parents in Saudi Arabia

Will you teach my child the same curriculum they study at school?

Yes. We build lessons on what the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia sets for your child's grade. The school year runs in two semesters, and we follow the coursework for the semester they are in now.

Do you teach secondary track subjects?

Yes, from the common first-year subjects to the subjects of your child's track in Years 2 and 3, as named in the Study Plans Guide issued by the National Curriculum Center. There are five tracks: General, Computer Science & Engineering, Health & Life, Business Administration and Sharia. Tell us your child's track and the subjects where they need support, and we'll plan the lessons around them.

Do you help with homework and revision before tests?

Yes. Each lesson goes to whatever your child needs that week: homework, revising a unit, or sample questions before a test.

Are female teachers available for girls?

Female teachers are available, with a dedicated section for women. If you would prefer a female teacher for your daughter, just mention it when you message us.

How long is a lesson?

Lessons last 30, 40, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, and we choose the length with you based on your child's age and the subject.

Try a free lesson before you decide

Send us your child's grade, their track if they are in secondary, and the subject that worries you. We'll arrange a free trial lesson where your child gets to know the teacher and how they explain things, and then you decide.
